Return Window

  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with all seals intact.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Health & Safety Notice:
Due to FDA guidelines and hygiene standards, opened or used dietary supplements are not eligible for return or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will make it right.

Returns must be approved prior to shipping. Items sent without authorization will not be accepted.

Refund Processing

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Please allow additional processing time from your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To receive a different product, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
